Shipping & Returns

1. If you wish to cancel your order:

1. you can notify us by email to extrum@extrumsports.com before we have dispatched the goods to you;
or

2. where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 2 below.

2. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
3. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
4. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 2 will not apply in the following circumstances: -

1. in the event that the product has been used.
2. to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you

The provisions of this clause 4 does not affect your statutory rights.

Products may become out of stock or depleted, in which case you will be notified, as soon as possible, as to your wishes about selecting another colour, or product, or cancelling your order. If the product is no longer available you will be notified

We will endeavour to ship your order within 5 working days or less. If unforeseen circumstances arise, and the time frame is going to be longer, we will notify you, as soon as possible.


Shipping Charges:

At ExtrumSports.com shipping is charged on a per item basis.

Orders for delivery on the island of Ireland (32 counties):
Items under €15: €2.70 per item
Items over €15: €3.85 per item

Orders for delivery to the rest of Europe (including Great Britain):
Items under €15: €3.00 per item
Items over €15: €4.85 per item
